1003 Shangri-la is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment overlooking Doonside beach, one of the spectacular South Coast beeches. It has a fantastic sea view and beautiful sunrises can be seen from all the windows.
The apartment building is on the beachfront and within 50 meters from the swimming beach with shark nets. Lifeguards are on duty during the holiday season. An added advantage is that no streets or railway lines needs to be crossed to get to the beach. Outside the apartment building ample additional open parking is available.
This spacious two bedroom holiday apartment comprises of the main bedroom with a private bathroom and a second bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge all look out over the ocean. Bed linen is provided and there are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.
The apartment is fully equipped to host 6 people and includes a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. A sleeper couch in the sitting room can be used as double bed. Other facilities include a stove, fridge, microwave and TV with M-Net access.
Entrance to the complex and to and from the beach is well secured and designated under-cover parking is available. The swimming pool, braai area and Laundromat are situated on the ground level. The kids can enjoy the swimming pool while you have the braai or use the Coin-operated washing machines and dryer.
Amanzimtoti is South of Durban. It is a 15 minute drive from the Durban International Airport, 25 minutes from Durban and within a comfortable driving distance to many well known destinations in Durban such as the Casino, uShaka Marine World, Gateway Shopping Centre and Croc world. Durban is a major gateway to Africa and is also the largest and busiest port city on the continent.
In Amanzimtoti there are restaurants, 2 golf courses, shopping centers, a water world and walkway ideally for skating, jogging and cycling, a weekly night market, flea market, pedal boats and canoeing on the lagoon, an entertainment centre with ten pin bowling facilities and sports facilities.
