Unit also has a microwave, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Outside facilities include a lovely grassed area in front of unit with a large patio with a 8-seater patio set and Weber braai. Parking for one vehicle under cover with other quest parking and parking for trailers. Parking area is secure.
Complex has a laundromat for washing, as well as a swimming pool area which is easily accessible from unit and visible from unit. The complex is secure and walled in with security guards present as well.
The swimming area is walking distance (200m) down to the main
Margate Airport (8km) and also to the Shelly and South Coast Malls (both within 10 mins drive).
