bedroom has 2 x single beds. Both overlook the beach, river mouth and tidal
pool and have 180 degrees sea views. Bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows
to ensure the most beautiful view when you wake up. Quality linen
throughout.
- 2 x bathrooms: on suite consists of bath, toilet, vanity and basin, 2nd
bathroom consists of a shower (feature), toilet, vanity and basin. Both
fully tiled and finished in granite. Bath towels are provided.
- Open plan kitchen with Dish washer, Washing machine, Microwave oven, AEG
stove with extractor, Fridge/ Deep Freeze, Toaster, Kettle and all cutlery
and crockery. Extensive granite working surfaces.
- Open plan dining area (6 seater table) leading into comfortably
furnished lounge area with flat screen TV. DSTV available.
- Open plan lounge leads onto glass-enclosed porch with 180 degrees sea
view. The perfect spot for sundowners. Includes double sleeper couch,
which is top of the range fold out type and can sleep 2 persons.

The flat offers magnificent unequalled views from the living area as well as
the bedrooms. There are 2 beaches directly in front of the flats. These beaches
offer excellent swimming, body boarding, surfing, kite surfing and very good
fishing. The northern beach is patrolled by lifeguards during normal hours; the
southern beach has full lifeguard protection during peak periods.
One of the real advantages of Warnadoone is that when you need a rest from the
sun, you can walk directly off the beach into the cool comfort of your own
living space, shower, raid the fridge etc. to later return to the beach at your
own leisure without having to fight traffic or search for parking.
Amanzimtoti both have many restaurants, take aways, movie
rental outlets, all the supermarkets e.g. Woolworths, Pick & Pay, Spar, Checkers
etc.
Amanzimtoti is a 5 minute drive away.
The South Coast's new signature shopping mall, the Galleria Shopping Mall has
recently opened, only a 7km drive north of Warner Beach. It boasts a wide
variety of top shops, restaurants, take aways, an Indoor Skating Rink, Ten Pin
Bowling, Putt Putt and 11 movie houses.
Golfing enthusiasts will find no shortage of golf courses within close driving
range:
- Toti golf course - 5 minutes drive
- Umkomaas golf course - 10 minutes drive
- Scottburgh golf course - 15 minutes drive
