northern suburbs, you will find a lovely self catering apartment that suits all
your needs. REIGER 15 is located conviently close to everything. Situated one km
from the N1, the main route to all tourist attractions and quick access for the
business person's stay.
REIGER 15 is walking distance from a Spar, hairdresser, beautician, pharmacy,
pizza take away, fish shop, video/DVD hire store and an ATM. It is minutes from
Tyger Valley Shopping Centre, Cape Gate Shopping Centre, golf course, putt-putt,
gym, restaurants, cinemas, various private hospitals as well as University of
Stellenbosch's business school.
In half an hour's drive you can be on various beaches, Canal Walk Shopping
Centre, Ratanga Junction Theme Park, Grand West Casino, Aquarium, Cape Town CBD,
Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Robben Island, Table Mountain Cable Way,
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Artscape Theatre and Cape Town International
Airport.
You are also close to Durbanville, Paarl and Stellenbosch's wine routes.
Hermanus, famous for its whale watching, is one and a half hours drive's away.
The West Coast flower route is the same distance, but in a westerly direction.
Accommodation
Spacious and air conditioned, open plan, modern bedroom with white linen and a nautical theme. The
bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Hairdryer and towels are
provided.
The lounge area has a double sleeper couch as well as TV, video and DVD player. There is a
separate dining area where you can enjoy a meal or use it as a desk. The kitchen
is separate and has a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, as
well as a table top stove/oven.
Coffee and tea is provided and the kitchen is equipped with cutlery and
crockery. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom is spacious and has a corner bath. Most of your personal toiletries
are provided.
General
The room is serviced three times per week. Braai facility and an outdoor table
are provided downstairs where you can enjoy your barbeque or your morning
coffee. Parking is secure behind a remote controlled gate.
