Maratea is a quiet, secure complex on the inland side of Compensation Beach Road, offering partial sea views. The complex is approximately 300m from the beach and within walking distance to the main swimming beach. It is located opposite the Boulevard Shopping Centre, which includes a Friendly Supermarket, auto bank teller machine, pizzeria and other amenities.
No. 16 is a ground floor apartment with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (main en-suite). The second bathroom also has a shower. This apartment sleeps maximum six persons in two double beds and two single beds, for which linen is provided - sheets, duvets and one pillow per person. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The unit has a maid service and is cleaned daily, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
There is a dining room with a six-seater table and chairs. The tastefully furnished living room has a TV and a DStv decoder (for which you need your own smart card). There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the lounge. There is a portable braai for use on the patio.
The apartment includes a lock up garage and a carport for an additional vehicle. An alarm system has been installed in the apartment for your safety.
The complex has a fenced swimming pool for the use of all the residents. Access to the complex is by a remote controlled security gate.
Regretfully the apartment will not be let to students or to unsupervised persons under the age of 21.
