If you are looking for a holiday spot with character; you've come to the
right place! Located in "Karoodorp", one of the oldest parts of Hartenbos, these
units will definitely give you that holiday-feeling! It is situated right across
from the amphi-theatre, a huge open area used for various events during peak
season. During day time children can safely run around to their hearts' content,
and some evenings the whole family has front row seats to open air concerts and
live entertainment. Our nearest beach, which has Blue Flag Status, is a mere
300m away. Local attractions like an indoor heated swimming pool, children
amusement park and craft market, as well as mini shopping complex and
restaurants, are only 500m away.
Our house consists of two units, each with its own separate entrance. Both units
have 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, and one bathroom. These self catering units
are fully equipped to cater for 8 people each (a sleeper couch in the lounge
accommodates an extra two children). Linen is supplied for 8 people; however,
please bring your own towels. The kitchen is fully functional with
fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. Each unit has its own DVD player as well as
satellite DSTV connection (available at a nominal daily fee), so you don't need
to bring your own card or decoder. There is also a laundry room with washing
machine, tumble dryer and an extra toilet and shower. Barbeque facilities are
also available outside.
