Everyone says what a wonderful time they had in the tranquility and comfort of this light and spacious sea-front simplex, with wonderful sea views, less than 40 metres from the beach. The bonus is that this is an end unit, which gives added privacy!
A luxurious and modern three double-bedroomed six sleeper apartment (all with B.I.C.s), tastefully furnished in a semi-African theme. It has two bathrooms, the M.E.S. having a spacious shower plus a large corner "Party Bath" with a view to the ocean.
The two front bedrooms open directly onto the covered patio and lawn overlooking the sea, whilst the third bedroom has it's own private balcony. All linen and bath towels are supplied, but
bring your own beach towels.
A baby's campcot and high-chair are also available if needed
The lounge with colour TV, (bring your own DSTV decoder and card) dining room and kitchen are open plan, and also leads onto the patio with built-in braai, where you can watch the breakers, and enjoy the sea breeze. The fully equipped modern granite kitchen consists of hob with extractor fan, under-counter oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Outside wash-lines are available in the complex.
A double lock-up garage is attached to the unit. Three visitor parking-bays are also available.
A child safe swimming pool with gazebo and braai facilities is near the unit.
The complex is fully secured by a wall, topped by electric fencing, and remote-control access. Daily house cleaning is an optional extra.
The village of
Hibberdene has all the facilities that are required, such as a Super Spar, bottle store, garage, Wimpy, KFC, pharmacy, major banks, etc.
The Blue Flag beach, which has shark nets, and lifeguards on duty, is an easy 5 minute stroll from the unit. During the holiday season there are a number of organized childrens' activities on this main beach, as well as super-tube rides for them and putt-putt. A shaded grassed area is available for picnics, as well as food-stalls and beach pub-restaurant. For the fishermen, a ski-boat launch is situated on the beach. You can fish directly from this beach, or from the "private beach" in front of the complex.
Last but not least, whilst relaxing on the patio, you may even see dolphins and whales, plus have the added benefit of a "front seat" to the annual
sardine run.
