28 on Sloane is situated 100m from the quiet and safe Garvies Beach on Durban's Bluff, a haunt of fishermen and surfers. The house is double storey and is not sublet. It would be for your exclusive use. It is approximately 15 mins drive from the airport and 20 mins from the City centre.
It is self-catering and fully furnished to a high standard, spacious and has every facility needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay whilst on holiday or for that business trip.
The house will sleep 10 people comfortably. It has five bedrooms, 4 with double/queen sized beds and 1 with two single beds, 3 bathrooms, and downstairs guest toilet. A baby's cot/crib is also available. All bedrooms have a view of the magnificent Indian Ocean from a balcony that runs the length of the house. Three of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have fans. Bath towels are provided but we would ask you to bring your own beach towels.
Outside there is a swimming pool and a built in braai area which are easily the most used facilities on the property. A cast iron garden table and chairs set is also provided so that you can enjoy that essential outside dining.
The sunrises are spectacular; also at the end of the day, the sunsets are also worth a mention. The views from the garden and the balcony vary all the time, playful dolphins in the early morning and the occasional whale will make an appearance. Watching the shipping traffic is also a very absorbing and interesting pastime!
