This is a modern, newly built ground floor apartment. There are three bedrooms, main en-suite with bath and shower, and a second bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed while the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. The lounge, dining room and kitchen is open plan and this unit is comfortably furnished. There is a TV, DVD and DStv in the lounge and a second TV in the main bedroom. You need to provide your own DStv card.
Please note this apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
The large patio has a built in braai and provides great sea views. You also have sea views from the two main bedrooms and the lounge. The complex is fully walled with remote access and 24hr security. There is a swimming pool in the complex and the apartment has a double lock-up garage.
The apartment is close enough to the beach to see and hear the waves break. Twenty metres will get you on to the beach with the main swimming beach being 100 metre away. There is a lagoon with paddle boats and canoeing.
Hibberdene is well known for the facility to launch ski-boats and the good fishing. The main beach has relaxing grass areas, putt-putt, super-tube ride and a beach pub/restaurant.
