It's contemporary design is perfectly supplemented by interior African style art as well as a tastefully landscaped, tree-lined, indigenous African garden, making this luxurious apartment accommodation truly one-of-a-kind.

It is located in Bloubergrant which is a very private, well established and sought after suburb of Cape Town. Only a few minutes walk away there are stunning views of the picture postcard beaches of Bloubergstrand with their backdrop of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the 12 Apostles.

Furthermore, you find great shopping opportunities within the Bayside centre (5 minutes walk), with the vibrant Durbanville Hills Winelands being straight at your doorsteps (15 minutes drive). It's location is also ideal for excursions to the West Coast, the Cederberg mountains ans the Flower route.

Accommodation and Services:

The 2 stunningly furnished and spacious en-suite bedrooms are purpose-built for comfort and independently accessible. Both bedrooms lead out towards the main garden and have their own patio and seating area with the main bedroom having also direct access to a private back garden, which is for our guests use only. Amenities on offer are Queen-size double beds, luxurious en-suite bathrooms with spacious glassed-in showers and an additional bath in the en-suite of the main bedroom. Furthermore, there is 24 hour high speed Internet access, telephone, satellite TV, hair dryers, safes, etc...

We offer laundry services, babysitting, golf lessons as well as car hire and airport or city transfers. Additionally one can ask for personal guided tours of the City, the Cape Peninsula and the Cape Winelands, conducted in English and German. Also note that all personal services from banking, foreign exchange and beauty treatments to medical and hospital facilities are located within a few minutes reach.
