Hottentots Holland Mountains and False Bay, you find Harbour Island with secure accommodation and mooring facilities for boats. Ocean Quay is an upmarket apartment complex inside Harbour Island.
We offer a self-catering apartment on the 3rd (top) floor with two private balconies overlooking swimming pool and False Bay. The one balcony is ±20m² with Gasbraai (BBQ) and entertainment area. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (2x single beds, 1x double bed) with both bedrooms having direct access to their own balcony. The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second bathroom has a shower. The living area is open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, which flows onto balcony overlooking moorings and False Bay. Sleeper couch in lounge offers extra double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & microwave. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi. There is an intercom linking the apartment to the main gate and boom.
Underground secure parking for one vehicle as well as one outside parking bay is available. There is a lift from basement to 3rd floor, with enclosed access to each apartment. The complex is build around its own garden, swimming pool and entertainment area.
The apartment has its own mooring facility and 26ft Charter Boat is available for Sundowners, Whale watching and Fishing charters, at extra cost (available on request).
Harbour Island is a unique development, which comprises of a waterfront section with hotel and conference facilities, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, etc. There is a slipway for power/fishing boats. All this is linked to the residential area with waterways and catwalks. All entrances to Harbour Island have booms with manned gate control and security patrols the area constantly, making it a very safe holiday destination. It also provides safe fishing spots especially for kids, inside the marine. Besides access to a private beach, there are well known beaches like Bikini beach and
Strand beach within 2 to 3km.
Gordon's Bay is part of the
Stellenbosch with its beautiful winelands. It is also 35 minutes along the scenic coastal road from Hermanus, the famous whale watching site.
