This three bedroom house is set in a secluded area of the River Club.Plettenberg Bay. Beacon Isle Beach is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive: a central location in Plett. There is a great family atmosphere with a pool, tennis courts and squash courts on site. The River Club is one of the few properly boomed areas in Plett.

Wild Waters Adventure Park is just across the road, with a waterslide, playground and putt putt for the kids and a 25m pool and gym. There is a shopping centre across the road with a Kwik Spar, an eat in delicatessen, a bottle store, a chemist and beauty salon.

The house is a double storey three bedroom house with a covered patio and a balcony. Downstairs there is an open living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a separate guest loo. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor, with two further bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Both bathrooms have a separate shower.

The house is very well appointed with Travertine tiles throughout the living areas and bathrooms. All furniture, furnishings and appliances are brand new. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a built-in braai outside. The outdoor area is away from the estate roads and is therefore more private. There is a TV, DVD, radio and DStv (bring your own card). The upper level also has a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a further television.

There is a remote control garage which can also be used as an extra bedroom or servant's room. There is also parking space in front of the house. The walled back yard also has an invigorating outdoor shower.
