Stunning modern, 1st floor (non smoking) apartment, right on the beach, in a
secure complex, with large balcony with stunning views over the sea. Fully
furnished with ducted air-conditioning, double garage, safe swimming beach and
use of swimming pool in the complex.
There is a small supermarket in nearby Salt Rock, together with a couple of
restaurants and take-away facilities. Ballito is +/- 5kms away and provides a
wider variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The area abounds with
magnificent golf courses, and a variety of activities including dolphin
watching, micro-light flips, surfing etc. The KwaZulu-Natal Game Reserves are a
couple of hours drive up the North Coast.
King Shaka airport is 20 minutes from the flat.
Accommodation and Facilities:
General: Linen provided (Please bring all towels) cell phone coverage,
cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Kitchen:Â Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave. (No washing
machine but launderette close by).
Open plan living and dining area opens onto large balcony.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (main en suite), including shower, bath and
toilet in both, plus a separate guest toilet.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds, and 1 with bunk beds and a
single bed, (apartment sleeps 7 max.); Main bedrooms open onto
balcony with sea views.
Entertainment: Satellite TV.
Weber kettle braai (charcoal). Patio table and chairs and lounges.
Suitability: Regret not suitable for the disabled as it is on the first
floor.
