Providence is situated in the seaside village of
Ramsgate's Blue Flag beach, which is just
+/-800m away, is a clean popular beach which has shark nets, life guards, a tidal pool as well as a lagoon where you can hire a canoe or peddle boat.
7 Providence is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern holiday flat apartment that can
sleep up to four people.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a bath, toilet and basin en-suite. There is a lock up safe in the wardrobe.
The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
Both bedrooms have stunning inland, lagoon and partial sea views.
The lounge is equipped with a 74cm television, a VCR, a DVD player and a music centre.
No DStv is provided. You may bring your own decoder and smart card. The lounge opens out onto a covered verandah.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an under counter oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The flat is fully furnished. Please bring your own beach and bath towels, dish cloths and toiletries. Linen is changed before and after each booking. The flat is
not serviced and domestic aid off the street will not be permitted. The flat has its own carport and is near the open parking facilities. Please note that this flat is a
non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed.
For peace of mind, the complex has remote controlled access and a patrolling security guard facility at night time.
The complex has braai facilities around a lovely pool, a jungle gym for the kids in the garden and a washing line facility.
Places of interest nearby include the famous Waffle House and other excellent restaurants, a croc farm, a bird park, arts and crafts, seasonal whale and dolphin watching as well as the world famous annual
San Lameer and Selborne.
Shelly Beach Shopping Centre and South Coast Mall, only �13kms away offer excellent shopping and entertainment facilities.
