Situated in a quite cul de sac, 89 Perch Place offers a panoramic view over
the Chintsa River. This newly renovated house, situated in the seaside town of
Chintsa East, is only about 900m away from the picturesque Chintsa beach. Wake
up in the morning to the call of fish eagles and entertain yourself the rest of
the day with one of the many exciting activities Chintsa has to offer -
including horse riding, canoeing, fishing, surfing, kite-surfing, tennis and
many more! There is also a pool as well as kettle braai for those days that
staying at home seems more appealing.
The house consists of
- Indoor braai/entertainment area - Jetmaster and dart board
- Lounge/TV area with fireplace (television with DStv, just bring your own
DStv card)
- Kitchen/dining area (fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, gas
stove, oven, microwave)
- Scullery (with washing machine)
- Main bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower (double bed)
- Second Bedroom (double bed)
- Third bedroom (two single beds)
- Guest bathroom with bath and shower.
- A separate downstairs bedroom with own entrance, en suite shower and
lounge area (Double bed)
The most memorable feature of the house is however the large stoep that looks
out over the river as well as the magical Eastern Cape sunsets. The house is
totally pet friendly (completely fenced off) with a remote operated entrance
gate. A single garage as well as a tandem double garage offers ample parking
with even more parking for another two cars safely behind the gate and fencing!
Chintsa has three restaurants in town as well as a private game reserve offering
Sunday lunches less than 10km away. There is a shop in town with all necessities
as well as a bigger retail supermarket about 20km away for bigger shopping.
All linen will be provided. Please bring your own towels. Two safes are
available to store valuables. Cleaning lady available at request at a day rate
(when available).
