Base 4 Helicopters was founded in 2000 and has since grown to be a market
leader in the tourism and other aviation related fields.
We have recently opened the doors to our new base at the V&A Waterfront. Here,
we offer a wide range of scenic tours, from a quick flight over Cape Town and
its beautiful beaches, to longer excursions that will take you to Cape Point,
False Bay and just about anywhere you want to go to.
If you are bored with the same old scenic flights, why not join us for our new
Wild Ass Flight at the Waterfront. Jump onto a Twin Engined Helicopter and feel
the rush as we take on the open ocean and ... the rest you will have to come and
experience yourself.
We have moved away from the traditional flights offered by our competitors and
have custom designed one-day adventures that will give our guests a unique means
of being:"transported to the fun". One-day adventures range from Wine Tasting in
three different regions, a picnic on the West Coast during Flower season or for
the more adventurous Shark Cage Diving, Hunting and Quad Bike Adventures.
Our mission is to take helicopter tourism to new heights and set a standard that
will surpass all expectations. You have not seen Cape Town until you have seen
it from a bird's eye view.
