Mohlatsi Adventures runs River Rafting trips on three separate rivers in the Lowveld. All transport to and from rivers is included. Leave your vehicle at our safe and secure Adventure Camp.

The Lower Blyde is a class 1-3 river, suitable for young and old. We take trips out of 3km and 6km - perfect for a short day activity.

The Olifants River runs through a gorge in a rural area. This river has class 2-3 rapids with classification dramatically increasing with rising water levels. Lots of rare living Baobab trees, spectacular birdlife and local tribes are found on the banks of the Olifants River. Drinks and shuttles included. We offer half day trips and full day trips with catering included.

The Upper Blyde River is a class 3-4 run with difficulty levels increasing with rising water levels in summer time (October to March). This river runs through the Blyde Canyon, the largest vegetated canyon in the world. Truly one of the most spectacular untouched wilderness areas left in SA. Very few people ever get the chance to see the inside of this canyon as access is now only available by river. A rare opportunity to see the famous Three Rondavels from water level. A light lunch is served on the banks of the Blyde River. A leisurely boat cruise over the Blyde Dam ends off the day.
