Visit Lesotho, The Kingdom in the Sky, for some breathtaking views, find yourself at the highest point in Southern Africa by road, and indulge in a lunch at the highest pub in Africa. See, touch, photograph and play in the snow. Build your very own snow man and through snow balls at your loved one. Visit a cultural village and take in the jovial atmosphere.

We depart from the Queensburgh area at 4.30 am and return at 8pm. Snacks and refreshments is included and informally chomped on all day as you wish, with a hot lunch at the hiest pubin Africa.

The vehicle used for our journey is the luxurious, comfortable and cosy Toyota Landcruiser VX 100 with VSC, 4.2 Diesel Turbo (2006 model).

You will find yourself taking many photographs, from the time we enter the border post into Lesotho, until the time that we depart again. The views of breathtaking, rivers iced solid that you can stand on them, roads snowed deep, and iced in places, waterfalls simply frozen in action. Herdsmen dressed in traditional attire with their sheep, donkeys, horses and dogs.

Our day trips enter at the Sani Pass border post where yo will be required to present your valid passport for stamping. There is no further cost.

The day trip including transport, snacks and refreshments all day, plus a hot lunch is R1200 per person. A minimum of three persons is required with a maximum of five.

Winter trips continue through to end August weather permitting. For those wanting an overnight experience, either a stay over at Sani Top Chalet or a night at Sehlabathebe National Park are wonderful options. The sky is so clear, the stars appear as if you can touch them. Overnight trips start commence at 3am from the Queensburgh area on Saturday and return on Sunday afternoon. Warm clothing is necessary as temperatures drop to minus 10.8 degress celsius by 2am in the morning and the wind blows up to 120km/h. All else is provided in terms of bedding and meals.
