Zululand Aquatic and Animal Adventures is owned and operated by Gavin and Jenny Udal from
St Lucia Wetlands, South Africa’s first natural world heritage site.
Gavin (who grew up in the area and spent his formative years in the bush) or Jenny, who shares Gavin’s passion for wild life, the bush and the sea, personally undertake all the activities. Both are experienced guides and come highly recommended with a sound knowledge of the surrounding flora and fauna. An adventure with either one is the experience of a lifetime and not to be forgotten.
Game drives into the world-renowned Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve can either be a one-on-one personalised guide in a luxury 4X4 vehicle (especially suitable for those with special needs) (Maximum 3 people), or in the Park’s recognised open game viewing vehicle (Maximum 10 people). Our vehicles are fully insured and covered by passenger liability with the necessary carrier permits.
Drives either leave in the early morning where our guests get to enjoy coffee and rusks at a beautiful viewpoint at dawn and then to experience a real bush breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, onion and toast. Or at midday when, instead of breakfast, a genuine South African rump steak barbeque, salad and rolls are served in the bush, all the while enjoying great game viewing and magnificent scenery. Refreshments are provided for the day, including gin & tonic, beer and wine, which are served with our meals.
