The Albatross is situated on an elevated position which gives magnificent views of the ocean. The boardwalk that leads down to the water starts just a few steps away from the house, but I must mention that there are many steps down. For the not so fit, there is a bench halfway down from where many guests enjoy watching our wonderful sunsets.

The verandah of the Albatross has surely one of the most panoramic views of the sea stretching from Kleinkrantz right over to Mossel Bay from where one can see the lighthouse beams at night.

The beach area is very pleasant and never really overcrowded at all. (Perhaps due to the walk down).

The Pink Room is a really spacious and sunny room with twin beds, beautiful bathroom en-suite, and although the room does not face the sea, there is a door leading out to the verandah where guests may relax and enjoy their sundowners and watch or listen to the rolling waves.

The Blue Room does also not face the sea. It has a king-size bed, full bathroom en-suite but has a wooden deck where you may enjoy listening to the sea as well as have a small sea view. The Blue Room has a private entrance.

The Ocean Room is on the ground level, facing the sea with a private entrance. It is a very large room with a shower en-suite and double bed. It also has a lounge suite and table and chairs for convenience, and has a bench and table on the lawned area as well as a braai for your convenience.

All rooms, have TV and M-Net, tea and coffee facilities and each room has access to their own small fridge.

There are restaurants from 1km to 4.5kms down to the village.

There are also many hiking trails, walks for birdwatchers, Eden adventures for abseiling and canoeing and paragliding is also very popular in this area as well as fishing.

All rooms are non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke on the verandah or in the courtyard near the Pink and Blue Rooms. Beach towels are provided on request.

• 50kms from Mossel Bay.
• 18kms from the city of George.
