House build 2004 and located on the Golf Estate in a secure environment, close to the main entrance. From the apartment, you are overlooking the 10th green and the tee off for the 11th hole. From the house a 5 minute walk will take you to the club house to either start a round of golf, enjoy the restaurant or play squash. Tenants will be provided with the access codes for the squash courts. By car 5 minutes to the city center and to Santos Beach.

Apartment 1: (Ground Level)

2 bedroom en-suite (1x bath and shower, 1x shower) kitchen fully equipped with 4 plate electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, double sink.

Lounge equipped with DStv preparation, TV and DVD/CD player. The DStv can be opened on request, otherwise please use your own card. Lounge equipped with a ceramic fireplace.

Separate garage with automatic doors. Direct access from the garage to the house. Each garage is equipped with connections for a washing machine and laundry dryer. In the garage you will find a Webber grill for your use on the patio.

Apartment 2: (First Floor)

1 bedroom en-suite and a sleeper couch in the lounge. The lounge has a separate bathroom and an open plan kitchen, equipped with a two plate stove and an oven, a microwave and a fridge.

Lounge equipped with DStv preparation, TV and DVD/CD player. The DStv can be opened on request, otherwise please use your own card.

On the big sunny balcony, overlooking the golf course you will find a braai place for your convenience.
