About Kirky: The name is a combination of the town name Kirkwood and due to the
fact that its figure resembles that of a Turkey. Seventy percent of the remains
of Nqwebasaurus was found still in the nest as a juvenile, and named in the year
2000 by William de Klerk and Callum Ross. This is the only Xhosa named
Dinosaurus in the world. Kirky is one of only two carnivorous dinosauruses found
in South Africa. It was found in the Kirkwood Formation which is a Jurasic Park
in the small due to the many fossils found there.
