Aqua Pearl no 9 is a newly build 3 bedroom self catering apartment with 2
bathrooms, granite kitchen tops. This fully equipped luxury Apartment with
180-degree sea views from the living room, main bedroom and balcony to Uvongo.
Two large doors open wide onto a big covered patio, with breaker view and 180°C
seaview. Built in gas braai on patio assure that a leisurely day at the beach is
not all you're going to have to keep your holiday filled with fun and
relaxation. The balcony also has got an outside table and chairs if feel like
having dinner on the balcony.
A lounge with fold out sleeper couch (unit sleeps then 8) as well as flat screen
TV, DVD/CD player, DStv decoder is available, just bring your own smartcard,
however if you possess the latest decoder, you will need to bring your entire
decoder along. Open plan dining room with table and chairs and fully equipped
kitchen including microwave oven and large fridge / freezer, washing machine
complete the picture on the inside.
The Apartment's main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second and third
bedroom has the option of either two singles or another queen-size bed - making
it the ideal venue for two families holidaying together. The en-suite bathroom
features a stylish corner bath.
Build in closets makes it easy to store all of your holiday clothing and
possessions while you're on holiday.
Linen is provided, please bring own towels and beach towels.
Other facilities include a lock-up garage, a security system, the complex has
got charcoal braai area and there is also a sparkling pool in the complex. There
is an area for kids to play.
Our magnificent bathing beach and all basic holiday shopping amenities are
within strolling distance.
Popular Lucian beach is only 100m away. Margate main beach is a 15-min walk on
the beach.
All amenities within walking distance 200m, i.e. SPAR, DVD shop and Liquor store
There is a Kwik Spar just up the road and the main Margate town is 2 Km away.
There is much to do and not far to drive, for the warm days there is a choice of
beaches to take in sun and relaxation.
In season Margate main beach has many activities to entertain all.
Shelley Beach, which is a fifteen-minute drive, offers two shopping centers as
well as a Cinema.

Margate and Ramsgate offer numerous Restaurants, Coffee shops
The Apartment is situated within walking distance from Manaba beach
Smoking is not permitted in the Apartment but a big patio is available for this.
No Pets.
The apartment has got cleaning services available to the guest at an extra cost;
enquiry regarding this can be made at the Apartment supervisor. Laundromat is
situated in Manaba Road, less than 500 meters away
