Astove 7 is a Beachfront ground floor unit approximately 80m from the
shoreline with clear sea views. The unit has 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Linen is provide, all you have to bring is your own towels. The unit has no
stairs and is safe for children and the more senior of our citizens. A DVD
Player and DSTV decoder is available, bring your own compatible smartcard or if
you have a dedicated smartcard and decoder set you will have to bring your
decoder as well. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is child friendly and
opens to a secure lawn with controlled access to the beach with ample safe space
for children to play within your sight. The unit is also securely fenced to
ensure that your kids will be safe while you relax. Undercover parking is
available. The complex has ample undercover braai facilities. The unit is pet
friendly but prior approval essential. Fishing spots are right on your doorstep.
Uvongo Main Beach is just 500m away and Manaba Beach 1km. Shopping Centers are
within 10km while SPAR & Laundry facilities are just around the corner. Margate
is 5km South of Uvongo.
Book in at 15:00 and vacate on last day at 09:00. Unit sleeps 4 adults and 2
children at maximum. A 50% deposit is essential when a booking is made. A R250
admin fee must be paid in cash to the caretaker when collecting the keys. The
full amount must be paid up before keys are handed over. A breakage deposit of
R500 may be required and must be paid before keys are handed over. This will be
refunded after the inventory is checked by the Caretaker on the last day after
the unit was vacated. The deposit will be forfeited at cancellation.
Uvongo is situated on the Lower South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal, a friendly town
with lovely swimming and private beaches, fishing spots, a nature reserve,
beautiful scenery and so much more. Uvongo is named after the Ivungu River. The
Uvongo River falls with a 23m high waterfall into the lagoon at its mouth into
the Indian Ocean. Uvongo Bird Park offers walk-through aviaries. Uvongo is one
of the prettiest spots on the Lower South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and is netted
and patrolled seven days a week by professional lifeguards.
