The Villa is close (500 meters) to the beach, central Fish Hoek and good quality restaurants. In addition the location provides easy access to all of Cape Towns attractions.

The villa boasts 6 spacious en-suite rooms named according to the direction they face. While each room has its own special attributes all rooms have Posturepedic beds, 100% percale cotton linen and down duvets. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails and some the added luxury of Bidets and under floor heating.

The Kalk Bay suite consists of a bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet as well as a lounge. The lounge has a queen size sleeper couch and a full bathroom. Families usually use this suite.

All the rooms are fitted with TV's, hair dryers, safes and tea/coffee making facilities.

While the Villa is wheelchair friendly Boulders our ground floor suite has been specifically designed to meet the accessibility needs of wheelchair users.

A full English, Continental or health breakfast is served with an emphasis on seasonal fruits.

Onsite parking and a solar heated swimming pool are some of the added extras.
