The Self Catering Cottages are situated in a pristine bushveld surroundings where you will experience tranquility with the calls of wild animals and a variety of indigenous birds. You will not hear traffic, or the noise associated with being in a city. The cottages are surrounded by a natural garden with walkways and indigenous cactus plants that grow higher than a man. In the evening the stars are incredibly bright and for moments it does not seem impossible to reach out, and pluck them from the sky.

The Cottages are themed, and we currently offer La Africaine, and Le cote D'Azur aptly named after Africa from which we derive such beauty and the sky which never ceases to inspire with it's incredible blue. Both cottages are fully equipped for self catering, (each unit offers a microwave and stove also equipped with a large fridge, pots pans, cutlery) and decorated in the specific theme. As a bonus we also supply that little extra like your cappuccino and cookies for a late night snack. You can also relax at the swimming pool in the bush, open for your use at all hours during your stay.

Sun City : 20km
Sun City is a fantastic complex, where you can try your chance at on of the casinos, have a lovely time in the beautiful gardens or have fun and get wet in the Valley of the Waves! You can also play golf, eat in one the numerous restaurants, go to the cinema, relax in the Spa or visit the magnificent Palace of the Lost City!

Pilanesberg National Park : 20km
The beautiful Pilanesberg National Park, situated in an extinct volcano, is home to the Big 5, in a malaria free area! The landscapes are amazing and the encounter with wild life is unforgettable. You can visit the Park with your own car or you can go on a Game Drive, in an open vehicle, with a professional tour guide, who will share his amazing experience and knowledge with you. There are early-morning and evening Game Drives.

Hiking trail in the Pilanesberg: 20km
If you are willing to get some extreme sensations, you can go on an early morning hiking trail in the Pilanesberg, with professional tour guides. Hiking shoes are recommended for this 3H walk, on the foot prints of wild animals! A light bush breakfast is served on the way.

Elephant Back Safari : 35km
A fantastic experience in a private game reserve near Sun City. The activity includes a welcome drink, an introduction with the elephants, interaction with the animals,one hour safari on the elephant's back and a light snack!

Predator's World : 30km
An exciting park where you can admire the majesty of the great predators : a couple of white lions, tigers, hyenas, wild dogs, cheetahs, and also some small cats which you very seldom see in the wild, such as caracals and servals. And only for the braves, a big variety of snakes and reptiles, even the most dangerous ones!

Hot Air Balloon Trip : 20km
An unforgettable experience! If there is one place where you must try the Hot Air Balloon, this is the place, as you will fly, very early in the morning, above the Pilanesberg National Park, and enjoy a safari from the sky! After landing, a beautiful breakfast is served in a private lodge and you get your well deserved diploma.

Microlight flight : 25km
Feel the wind and enjoy this great flight, on a bi-place microlight, with an experienced pilot! You will fly above Rustenburg, the Platinum City.

Paragliding: 15km
Feel like a bird and try this extreme sensation, with a professional instructor on a bi-place paragliding. If you want to live life to its fullest, you have to try that once in your life!

Quad biking : 25km
A trail through a private game park, accompanied by experienced guides, with the possibility of seeing rhino, giraffe and other species en route!

Soweto Tour : 160km
Visit the heart of South African history and get to understand the past of this country with Tom, a great professional tour guide, born in Soweto and who loves to share his fantastic knowledge. The Soweto Tour includes an overlook of Soweto, the visit of Nelson Mandela’s former house, the visit of little Peterson memorial and museum, the visit of catholic Church, a lunch in a traditional Sowetan restaurant and all entrance fees.
