B403 "Sea Spray" is a spacious 2 bedroom self catering flat conveniently
located for access to the whole Western Cape. The flat features an unbeatable
view and has recently been tastefully fitted with quality new furnishings. It is
fully equipped to comfortably address the needs of 4 adults, but can cater for
additional day visitors too.
The modern beachfront "Sea Spray" complex is situated in the suburb of Table
View, which affords the classic view of Table Mountain. It is only a 20 minute
drive from central Cape Town and also offers easy access to the West Coast or
the Winelands. A 3km stretch of pristine beach is a mere 1 minute stroll across
the road.
The flat is on the 4th floor and faces directly onto Table Bay. The Lounge and
Master bedroom both have full width glass sliding doors leading onto a generous
balcony. The balcony affords a completely unobstructed panoramic view over the
whole of Table Bay. A Weber barbeque is provided on the balcony, along with a
lounger, table and chairs.
The main bedroom features a comfortable Queen size orthopedic bed with quality
linen, a dressing table, plenty of wardrobe space and a safe. The second bedroom
has 2 quality three-quarter beds that can be pushed together if required, as
well as its own wardrobe.
In the spacious lounge/dining area you will find a 6 seater dining table, 2 very
comfortable couches, a coffee table, a Hi Fi set with DVD player and an LCD TV.
A DSTV satellite decoder is also available and can be connected on request. A
landline phone is also provided for incoming calls or the guest may purchase
their own call credit for outgoing calls.
Apart from the expected inventory to be found in a top notch self catering unit,
B403 also includes the convenience of a fitted dishwasher, washing machine and a
large Fridge/Freezer in the roomy kitchen. A ceramic hob with a matching gourmet
Defy oven helps to make entertaining a breeze. The large bathroom has a full
size bath as well as a king size shower. All linen and towels are supplied with
the exception of beach and pool towels.
The Sea Spray complex has 24/7 manned security with a single controlled access
point. A convenient underground parking space near the lift is included in the
rental as well as a lockup large enough for 4 bikes. The ground floor also
features a sparkling pool and barbecue deck that looks directly out onto the
bay. Laundry and tumble drying facilities are also on site.
The flat is non smoking, but with the view it offers, smoking on the balcony is
no hardship! Regrettably, pets are not permitted.
