Many of Zululand's Tourist attractions are within an hours drive of us. These include the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Park, which is the oldest conservation area in Africa. The revival of the White rhino is due to the work in this park where less than 20 Rhinos survived when it was proclaimed in 1896. This park is home to the big 5, being Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo & Rhino, The iSimangaliso (Cape St Lucia) wetland park - a World Heritage site, is home to large populations of Crocodiles and Hippo and also has magnificent birdlife. The Fort Nonquai Village Museum in Eshowe and the Eshowe Boardwalk are well worth a visit.

Chakaland, a Zulu Kraal situated above Lake Pobana on the uMhlathuze River in Nkwalini takes one back in time to experience life as it was in a Zulu Kraal. The founder of the Zulu Nation, King Chaka had his Capital, kwa Bulawayo, not far from Empangeni and the whole region is steeped in Zulu history. The Anglo - Zulu war Battlefields are a little further away and are also well worth a visit.

Empangeni boasts an 18 hole Golf course as well as an Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Bowling Greens, Tennis Courts and a Cricket Oval.

The new shopping Mall, called "The Boardwalk", 15 Kms away in Richards bay, is equal to any of the major Malls in SA.

We Strive for Service Excellence and go the extra mile for our patrons.

Wally Brook, your host, looks forward to meeting you.
