Barn Guesthouse originated from a "sheepkraal" on the farm Smaldeel, situated on the N1, 24km south of Kroonstad.

The agricultural activities on the farm includes the cultivation of maize, sunflower and wheat as well as the production of cattle and sheep.

We offer 5 luxurious outside bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

An old dairy has been converted into an indoor braai which is ideal for private functions and conferences.

Bring your quad bike and enjoy the freedom of farm life.
