The upper floor offers a main bedroom with an exquisite sea view. The room consists of a queen size bed with beautiful percale cotton linen and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom overlooking the mountain has two single beds with enough space to fit a third mattress or camp cot comfortably; the second bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
Downstairs the open plan entertainment area offers a comfortable lounge area where one can overlook the sea and
Chapmans Peak drive, the unit has DStv, DVD and Hi-Fi/CD Player. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with all modern accessories including a built in dish washer, washing machine and large fridge. The dining room opens onto a quaint, protected patio with a small potted garden and a stair case leading to a private double garage in the basement. The front patio overlooking the beach is ideal for sundowners and whale watching.
The complex has an indoor swimming pool and fully equipped gym with a spin studio and variety of classes from Pilates to Aerobics. There is also full laundry facilities within the complex and 24-hour security. The Beach Terrace is within close walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks.
