Bermuda 306 is a beautiful three bedroom ground floor apartment on the main
promenade in Ballito on the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal. Bermuda 306 is
situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito "Willards Beach" and boasts
beach, breaker and sea views making this your perfect holiday destination.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds, the third with
two single beds, one full bathroom (no shower) and a separate toilet, fully fitted kitchen,
open plan dining and living area opening onto a patio which flows onto the lush
green lawns. The main bedroom and the living/dining room area are air
conditioned. Daily service provided (maid (Elizabeth) fully paid for, tips would
be appreciated)
The apartment offers a 50inch plasma screen TV, full DStv (all channels, smart
card provided!!) and a DVD player. The complex offers secure under cover parking
for one vehicle and further parking for more vehicles within the electronically
gated complex. The apartment and complex has excellent security. The complex has
a communal swimming pool. The apartment has its own private gas braai and/or the
complex has communal charcoal braais near the swimming pool. The complex has its
own private beach access which is only a 20 meter walk to the beach sand. There
are no steps to the apartment!!
Bermuda 306 is situated in the heart of Ballito and all amenities and services
are very easily accessible. Within walking distance you will find amongst
others: Restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, take away outlets, Laundromat, surf
shop, clothing shops etc. Within a short drive you will find the following:
plenty more restaurants, shopping complexes, micro light flying, deep sea
fishing, Sibaya Hotel and Casino - 15 min, Gateway Shopping Center - 20 min, Big
5 game parks - 2 hours, Ushaka Marine World - 40 min, Absa
Stadium Kings Park - 25 min, transport to and from King Shaka International
Airport - 15 min.
