Welcome to my Karoo self catering guest cottages in Birdstreet,Beaufort West.

Each cottage features 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans. Full bathroom. Cosy lounge with a sleepercoach. TV and fan. Sleeping 5 persons. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge, etc. There are barbecue facilities where you can grill the famous Karoo lamb chops. Secure off-street parking behind the cottage and armed response security for your safety.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in these lovingly restored cottages of yesteryear. The thick walls, high ceilings and shutters help keep the house cool.

Beaufort West is the capital town of the Great Karoo with many historical and interesting places to visit. The Karoo National Park is 5km south of the town. This 600 000 hectare park is home to the black rhinoceros, rivirine rabbit, various tortoise species, birds and game. The townhall is a national monument that houses historical items such as rewards made to Professor Chris Barbard the famous heart transplant pioneer, his boyhood home, and the church his father preached in.

There are restaurants housed in old historical buildings within walking distance.
