Home away from home. Birdsview Guest House is conveniently accessible from the main road N12 of Potchefstroom, offering a relaxing, clean, tranquil and peaceful self-catering destination. We have 13 individual rooms with en-suite bathrooms which cater for different needs with queen, double or twin bed rooms, private entrances, 32 inch TVs with DStv, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, a small kitchenettes with a two plate stoves (on request), fridges and microwaves, with a showers. Two rooms has a bath and shower.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available on request and payable directly to the guest house.

Each room has linen, towel, tea and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery. There is ample secure covered parking, space for long walks offering a wide variety of bird life, a large tranquil garden with braai facilities and a swimming pool. On the one side we have grassland that can be viewed from the first floor rooms and on another side the school sport fields with access that can accommodate some exercise needs.

We are in close proximity to shopping centres, restaurants and the CBD of Potchefstroom. The accommodation is ideal for short term stays like wedding groups or long term staying especially for professionals, students from school or university.

    • Drive over the last traffic light towards Johannesburg on the N12);

    • Keep left and enter the first slipway; Turn left after the Technical High School rugby field onto a gravel road;

    • Turn left and drive for 100 m. Proceed through the gate and take a short left, you should still have the rugby field of the Technical High school should be on your left-hand side;

    • You will find a double-storey house. Stop in front of the gate and please phone Brenda 082 872 5964.
