Blue Flamingo Bed & Breakfast offers peaceful, comfortable accommodation in
the quiet, safe northern coastal suburb of
Table View, in Cape Town, the mother
city of South Africa. It is conveniently situated 30 minutes from the Cape Town
International Airport and 20 minutes from Cape Town's city centre. The new Bus
Rapid Transit (BRT) terminal is less than 1 kilometer away and the bus service
runs to the city centre, airport and the V & A waterfront.
This establishment features a large lounge and dining area with fireplace; a
breakfast area; 4 bedrooms; a covered patio with a built-in barbeque/braai unit
and a solar-heated swimming pool. All rooms are fully serviced, have air
conditioning, colour TVs and hair dryers. Towels & toiletries are also provided.
The Carmine Bee-eater Room - with en-suite shower & toilet - is fitted with a
queen-size bed and is spacious enough to have an extra single bed added should
the need arise. This room also has direct access to the patio and swimming pool.
The African Hoopoe Room has 2 single beds or 1 king bed & ensuite shower &
toilet.
The Brown-hooded Kingfisher Room have a double bed & en-suite shower & toilet.
The Knysna Lourie Room has 2 single beds or 1 king bed and a private bath,
shower & toilet.
Miscellaneous:
- Although smoking is not permitted inside the building, there is a
designated smoking area at the pool.
- Secure parking is available on the premises.
- Breakfast is included in the bedroom rates. Juice, coffee or tea, cereals,
yoghurt, toasts, butter and jams as well as bacon and egg are served.
- Airport transfers, shuttle services, car hire as well as personalized
tours of Cape Town and the surrounding areas can all be arranged for our
guests.
- The host is fluent in both English and French.
