Things to do in Hermanus:
Hermanus is one of the best land based whale watching spots on the globe with an annual "Whale Festival" each year in September, anyone visiting will be impressed by the breathtaking beauty of the seafront, the mountains framing the narrow coastal plane and Walker Bay stretching out to Gansbaai and Danger Point the playground of the Southern Right Whale. The apartment is walking distance to Eastcliffe gym and the cliff paths.

There is plenty to do, mountain walks, golf on the 2 Hermanus courses, hiking, bird
watching, shark cage diving, scuba diving from the new harbour, sea-kayaking from the old harbour.

20 mins from Arabella Golf and Spa Resort voted 4th best in South Africa. Wine tasting and beautifull view restaurants up The Hemel and Aarde Valley, 10 mins drive to many beaches < including the famous "Grotto Beach".

Many restaurants to visit, including one in a Stranlopers Cave on the seafront, other interests include horse-riding, micro-lighting, 3 seater plane flights along the coast, beer tasting, quad biking.

Is 1 1/2 hours from Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport, easy access to the start of "The Garden Route"
