The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped for six people, with double door fridge / freezer, stove, microwave and television. TV channels include DStv Movie Magic and Super Sport, M-Net as well as SABC.
Bed linen is provided and there are ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom.
The unit has its own private patio and braai area. The undercover parking bay is adjacent to the duplex and vehicles are protected by electronic gates at the entrance to the complex.

Situated 100m from the beach, the duplex is close to all amenities. The main swimming beach is approximately 1 km by road (less along the beach), where facilities include restaurant / takeaways, swimming pool, water world and mini golf.
Amanzimtoti is well known for it's fishing grounds, surfing and beautiful stretches of beach.
For nature lovers, there is a bird sanctuary, Japanese Gardens and nature reserve with self-guided trails. There are places of historical interest, as well as Eastern Culture. Sport facilities include two golf courses.
The main shopping complex is approximately 2kms away and nightlife is provided by several pubs and restaurants, many with live entertainment.
There are bus services to Durban and the Wild Coast.
Other activities include a funland, ten-pin bowling, flea market, craft village, deep-sea fishing, pedal and rowing boat trips up the river, which has lush vegetation and abundant bird life.
