estate lies at the edge of the sea, its backdrop is the beautiful Helderberg
Mountains. This apartment offers stunning views across False Bay, towards Cape
point and Table Mountain. It is the perfect base to explore Cape Town,
Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain Cable Way, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront,
Robbin Island, the Wine-Route and Hermanus.
Facilities
In this beautiful estate we have a 24 hour security system. Golf enthusiasts can
enjoy a 9 hole mashi course in a park-like atmosphere with club facilities and
restaurant. There are two tennis courts, a swimming pool and walkways along the
beachfront and golf course. A river runs through the estate to the sea
encouraging water birds to make this their home.

unit; a large bathroom with shower, bath and two hand basins; a separate
lounge/dining room with fan and DSTV; a kitchenette, which is fully equipped
with hotplate, microwave oven and fridge; a balcony with sun beds to enjoy the
sun and views .A parking bay is available in front of the premises.
