This Self Catering unit is ideal for a family/ friends/ business persons to
relax, enjoy South Africa's beautiful South Coast beaches and golf courses.
Our facility is situated in a brand new complex, completed in November 2007,
next to the Umtentweni Waterfront. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Self Catering
downstairs unit, is beautifully furnished in an ethnic theme. The unit has a
fully equipped modern kitchen (including washing machine), open plan lounge with
TV and DVD player. The patio has an 8 seater
garden set, to enjoy the sea view over the tree tops.
The unit has a main bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath) and queen size bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom (bath and
shower).
There is a lockup garage a few meters from the unit and ample visitors' parking.
Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels and
consumables (dish washing liquid, toilet paper and soap powder for the washing
machine).
The entire facility is a "smoke free zone".
The unit is a short walk from the beach, with Southport and Umtentweni main
beaches a short drive away (+- 2kms).
