Hibberdene is an easy hour drive south of Durban.
12 Catalina Bay, on Barracuda Boulevard, Hibberdene, is a beach side, first
floor 3 bedroom apartment that is comfortably furnished and contains all the
essentials to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable sea side holiday. The unit
accommodates a maximum 6 people comfortably. There are only 12 units in the
complex.
The unit is self catering and has a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave,
dishwasher and washing machine. The open plan living area leads onto a large
patio that overlooks the pool and the beautiful Indian Ocean. The patio is
partially covered, offering protection from both sun and rain, whilst allowing
the occupant to continue enjoying the outdoor lifestyle, associated with a beach
side holiday. A gas braai and Weber cater for your outdoor cooking needs.
The living area has a mini hi-fi, TV and a DSTV decoder, (please bring your own
card), and a library with assorted reading.
There is a protected pool in the complex. The well maintained garden area leads
directly onto the beach through a fenced gate. There is on site parking for two
cars and a security guard at night.
The lounge and main bedroom flow through large sliding doors onto the patio. Lie
in bed and watch the sunrise or if you are lucky enough, watch dolphins in the
waves or whales breaching further out to sea.
The large main bedroom has built in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom with a
spacious shower. The remaining two bedrooms have built in cupboards, 2 single
beds in each and share the second bathroom and toilet.
All linen is provided, but you need to bring bath and beach towels.
Hibberdene boasts a Blue Flag Beach, protected by lifeguards and shark nets, as
well as a designated ski boat launch site. The unit is approximately 400m from
this beach facility.
The Complex is close to all amenities and within a hundred metres of a shopping
centre boasting a Spar, butchery, Wimpy, bottle store, pharmacy, Laundromat,
Video store, etc. Medical care is also close at hand in case of any medical
emergency.

- Hotel, Pubs, Restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive.
