5 Catfish is a self catering triplex situated in Chaka's Rock, on the Dolphin
Coast of KwaZulu Natal, a mere 30 minutes drive north of Durban. The apartment
is situated directly above the Catfish rocks and a pedestrian gate, which
requires an access disc, leads you to the sea, boasting beautiful rock pools and
a long stretch of sandy beach. This large apartment is within walking distance
to Salt Rock's main swimming beach to the north, which offers lifeguards on duty
7 days a week, and the sheltered Chaka's Rock tidal pools to the south.
5 Catfish offers the following:
- Accommodation for 8 people
- 4 bedrooms (1 queen-sized bed, 1 double bed, 4 single beds)
- Linen, bedding and pillows (provide own towels)
- 4 bathrooms (main en-suite)
- Ceiling fans in all rooms
- All rooms open onto balconies with sea views
- Open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing
machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and crockery to serve 12 people (provide
own dishcloths)

The unit is serviced everyday, except weekends and public holidays
(As this is our home from home, smoking is not allowed in our apartment.)
5 Catfish is situated 2km from the Salt Rock shops and 5 minutes drive from the
Lifestyle Shopping Centre in Ballito, which provides an amazing shopping
experience, as well as numerous restaurants.
The area offers holiday makers a great variety of activities including
snorkeling, surfing, fishing, dolphin watching, microlight flips over the
coastline, golf, a crocodile farm, animal farm and numerous historic points of
interest.
