The Claridges consists of an upmarket olde-world style block of 20 units overlooking Ramsgate main beach. Enjoy our super secure environment, and all this area has to offer ... scenic walks, 2 safe beaches, 2 lagoons, ski boat launch, beach pool, your choice of popular restaurants, and 2 pubs, all within 5 minutes walk! Claridges borders onto the lagoon, but does not have lagoon access. From the property to the beach is about 100 metres. Park your car and enjoy all this beautiful area offers!

This spacious apartment consists of a large open plan lounge, diningroom and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, one with queen and one with double bed, both with full en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the other with a bath and built in shower. A "take-two" bed for 2 children is provided in the lounge.

This unit has panoramic views across Ramsgate main beach, lagoon and out to sea from throughout - the whole front of the flat is a 15 meter wide bay window. 2 safes and a lock up garage for 1 car is available to this unit. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans. The main bedroom is airconditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a tumble-dryer, under-counter oven and hob, 2 fridges both with freezer, large microwave, electric frying pan, cordless kettle, toaster etc. Items to bring to make your stay more comfortable include beach and bath towels, toilet rolls, charcoal and of course foodstuffs.
