Deland's little farm is situated in the safe farming area of Buffelsdrift on the old road to Schoemanshoek just between Oudtshoorn (8 km) and Schoemanshoek (6km).

You can reach many tourist attractions just in a short time. The nearest Ostrich Show farm in Schoemanshoek in just 7km, the Rust en Vrede waterfall in 23 km, the Swartberg Pass in 30 km.

The Mediterranean farmhouse is built 800 meters away from the road on the top of a small hill. It is surrounded by pristine indigenous veld (bush land), which is perfect for walks or for experienced riders for a ride with our calm horse.

Enjoy our stunning 360 degree view to the Outeniqua mountains and the Swartberg mountains, while you have a refreshing swim in our pool.

It is a perfect getaway for people who like to relax and stay in the middle of the tranquility of nature, but only 8 km away from the town with all its Restaurants and Shops.

There is also a rustic braai place onsite and enough place to park your car.

Our self-catering flat can host up to 4 people and consists of:

• One bathroom with:
  - a bath tub and an oversized shower
• One bedroom with:
  - an extra length King size bed
  - or optional two extra length single beds
  - air-conditioning an a fan
• One living room with kitchen equipped with:
  - a double bed sized sleeping couch
  - a TV with DSTV-easy view (we also can supply a DVD player)
  - eating/dinner area
  - a fully equipped kitchen
  - a fan

All rooms are equipped with under floor heating for the cold winter nights of the Klein Karoo.

Please note:
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, but feel free to smoke outside. Our flat is not suitable for small children, for reasons that our pool is deep and has no special area for children.

We speak German.
