Dolphin View is in a unique position on Umdloti Beach. We are situated at the tranquil southern end and our garden joins on to a beautiful beach with no road to cross. We have 2 bed and breakfast suites and a self-catering cottage, all of which have their own private entrances and lovely sea views. Go to sleep to the sound of the surf and wake up to a stunning sunrise over the Indian Ocean. Enjoy a generous continental/tropical breakfast while watching out for the dolphins that are here all year round and whales during our sunny and warm winter.

Watch the waves from your private terrace or relax on the beach, literally at the bottom of the garden. Take a micro-light flight to see dolphins, whales and rays. Learn to surf or kite-board.

The rooms are all en-suite and are equipped with a TV with M-Net, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, beach towels, safe, hairdryer and ceiling fans. The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. There are braai's and a swimming pool for our guests' sole use. Maid service.

Umdloti Beach is easy to get to from both the N2 and the M4. It is a 30 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive to Umhlanga and Gateway with a vast selection of shops and restaurants. There is a small selection of shops and restaurants in Umdloti which are 10 to 15 minutes walk along the beach from Dolphin View.
