Duzamanzi is situated on the Ramsgate Lagoon. Enjoy watching the paddle boats peacefully passing by, and relax on the spacious veranda with gas braai. There is abundant bird life so don't forget your binoculars, you might catch glimpses of dolphins and whales out at sea.
The apartment is designed for easy living with open plan lounge/kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary needs, with fridge/ deep freeze, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV and DStv decoder are available (bring own card), and DVD for those rainy days when you want to snuggle up and hire a movie.
There are 2 double bedrooms - main bedroom en-suite leading on to the veranda (sea view), and the 2 bedrooms at the back comprise 1 queen bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Linen is provided but guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels. The apartment is not serviced but you may hire your own maid if required. This unit includes a covered car port for parking.
Duzamanzi is fenced and gated and has its own swimming pool, and braai area for those times when you would prefer to be at home.
Ramsgate Beach (1km away) is one of the few beaches to be awarded the internationally recognised "Blue Flag" standard for beauty, cleanliness, safety, seawater quality, beach services and maintenance. Beaches are protected by shark nets, and have full-time lifeguards.
Uvongo with its beautiful cliffs and lagoon is a holiday maker's dream. Shelley Beach offers a huge shopping mall amongst many other attractions.
Wild Coast Casino which is 30min. drive south offers gambling, kids amusement arcade, movies, shows, water sports golfing and much more.
If lazing on the beach is not for you why not live it up at the nearby quality resorts, golf courses and restaurants. (You have to eat at the waffle house in Ramsgate at least once!). There are numerous curio shops, craft markets, farm stalls, crocodile farms, and coffee shops in the area. You won't be bored.
