With breathtaking lagoon, sea and beach views, this exquisite 4 bedroom villa
can comfortably accommodate 8 people and has ducted air-conditioning throughout.
The villa is open plan with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge
which leads onto a large covered veranda overlooking the estuary and the Indian
Ocean. An infinity pool, indigenous landscaped garden, Jetmaster BBQ/Braai, and
an eight-seater outdoor table ensure an idyllic setting for entertaining or just
relaxing in the African sun.
The main bedroom features a queen sized bed, built in wardrobes/dressing table
and DStv. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and a
dressing area. The room has a veranda overlooking the estuary and the sea.

table and DStv. It has an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower
area. The room has a veranda overlooking the estuary and the sea.
Both the third (sea view) and fourth bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and two
single beds in each room that can be joined together to make a double bed.
The bedrooms come fully equipped with sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows and
towels for use in the Villa. Please bring your own swimming towels.
The lounge area is tastefully decorated and has a 32" LCD TV with a DStv PVR
decoder and HD DVD player which allows playback of DVDs in the two main
bedrooms.
A maid and laundry service is available on request.
There is parking for three cars and the double garage has automated remote
control doors and direct access. The Estuary Country Estate is electronic access
controlled with 24-hour security.
The estate is surrounded by a lush green sub-tropical forest with abundant bird
life, including the Fish Eagle. The estate also benefits from a Cape Dutch
themed hotel, restaurant and private access to the beach. The hotel swimming
pool is also available to villa residents.
The estate is situated close to Port Edward, the Southern-most town in KwaZulu-Natal,
on the border of the unspoilt beauty of the Wild Coast. Blessed with perfect
golfing weather all year round and seven excellent golf courses including the
Wild Coast and San Lameer on your doorstep, the Estuary is considered the
"Golfers Jewel", an ideal base for a golfing holiday.
There is so much to see and to do to entertain both adults and children. Laze in
the sun on Port Edward's protected Silver beach from where the local fisherman
launch their boats in the morning. Other sporting facilities in the area include
angling, deep sea fishing, water or jet skiing on the scenic Umtamvuna river,
horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, squash, golf.
Nature lovers can hike in any of the two nature reserves, go bird watching - 386
recorded species on KwaZulu Natal's South Coast or visit the magnificent Oribi
Gorge and Lake Eland game reserve (35 minutes away) or take a ride on the scenic
Banana Express steam train. There are numerous venues with a wide variety of
entertainment on offer, including the Wild Coast Sun Casino which is only 5
minutes away.
