6 Ezulweni is situated in Simbithi Eco-Estate, a secure golf estate in
Ballito. Ezulweni flats are built on a hill overlooking the sea. The huge
balcony is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with beautiful sea views. Braai
facilities available on the balcony.
The flat has 3 parking bays in the secure garage.
There are 3 bedrooms, each en-suite. The two front rooms both have king sized
beds and lead out onto the balcony. They have stacking doors, so the whole front
wall of the rooms can be opened to the sea view. The other room is a children's
room with two bunk beds. There is an additional guest toilet near the front
door.
The flat is fully air-conditioned.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with eye-level oven, microwave, washing
machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The counter tops are granite and there is
a water filter unit fitted for drinking water.
There is a music system, with CD player, large flat screen TV, with DVD player
and DStv decoder (DStv provided).
No smoking or pets allowed in the flat.
Guests must bring their own beach towels. Bath towels are provided.
Within the Eco-Estate, there is a large Club house with a 25m swimming pool, a
smaller clubhouse with kiddies pool as well as a Club house by a dam where
fishing is permitted. Guests are allowed to use these club houses with pools and
braai facilities at any time.
Thompsons Bay is within walking distance. Safe, secure parking is provided
inside the estate near the pedestrian gate for those going to the beach.
Ballito's Lifestyle Shopping Centre is less than 1 km from Simbithi.
Gateway Shopping centre in Umhlanga is a 20 minute drive from Simbithi.
