Accommodation:
- Sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 small children.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms all with magnificient sea or mountain views. Main room (has TV) with queen size bed & en-suite bathroom. One room with double bed & one with 2 single beds. 2 viewing turret rooms with 2 extra single-sleeper chairs for small children if required.
- Downstairs: Spacious open plan lounge (with TV & radio), kitchen and diningroom which leads out to pool with net, braai area and separate pool house. Pool house has shower & toilet, also garden furniture, 2 sun loungers & a double-sleeper couch. Weber and braai available. Laundrette with washing machine also has guest toilet and shower. Breakfast nook and office in turrets. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, 2 fridges, microwave, gas stove and oven. Bed linen, bath and beach towels available.

Single garage and off street parking.
Security:
The house is fully alarmed with panic buttons and armed response and the area is known for its safety.
