If you are looking for a relaxed holiday at the sea away from the hustle and bustle of major cities, but close enough to enjoy the excitement and buzz every now and again, Pennington is the place to be. Just 20 minutes south of Amanzimtoti and Durban. "Fun in the Sun" is a self catering house in Pennington that will provide you with everything needed for a memorable South-Coast family holiday.

The house can sleep 6 people in three rooms - 1 double bed and 2 x up and down beds. It is fully furnished, and all linen is included, except swimming towels. The kitchen is extensively stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans, crockery and glasses you would need. A TV and CD/radio is available. The bathroom has a bath and shower - there is a cold outdoor shower for the brave ones! Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The house has a big yard for children to play in - pets are welcome if they are kept off beds and furniture. For the kids there is a Jungle Gym in the backyard under the shade of a tree. The yard is fully fenced off - with a sliding gate.

There is a braai area on the front porch - where you can sit at night and hear the sea breeze rustle in the trees, and the waves crash in the distance.

The house is approximately 5 kms from the beach. There is a small café close by that stock all the basic food stocks. There is also a superette and some other small shops and eateries down at the beach. Scottburgh has a Spar, Pick and Pay and Shoprite Checkers. It also boasts with some fine restaurants and clothing stores.

All things considered, you cannot go wrong when choosing to stay at "Fun in the Sun" - a great time is guaranteed!
