Downstairs there are three bedrooms (mes), a laundry and two bathrooms. The main bedroom and one of the other bedrooms lead to a sparkling pool and both contain double beds. The third bedroom has been furnished with two single beds.
The apartment also has a lovely pool and double lock-up garage. There is a door that leads from the garage into the house. An electronic alarm system has been installed and is linked to armed response. A telephone has also been installed. DStv is available in the lounge.
It's a five-minute walk to the beach and popular restaurants from the apartment.
