…situated in the foothills of the KwaZuluNatal Midlands, has become one of the most popular venues for golfers visiting this area. Since its opening nine years ago, this superb 18-hole, par 73 course has matured into a wonderful ‘country golf club’ that provides a real test of golf in a relaxed and friendly ‘country’ environment just 20km from PMB. The course, with breathtaking views over the Drakensburg, numerous dams (an extra 22 smaller dams have recently been built on the front nine forming a water cascade between the ninth and fourth holes) and wetland area attracting over 70 species of birds, is fully electrically fenced and offers total security to golfers. There are 30 golf carts available for those who wish to conserve energy for the swing of their club.
Sakabula is the perfect place for absolute beginners, the moderate hacker and the accomplished golfer. Whilst we promote a friendly and ‘family’ environment we have not neglected the businessman and understand that the modern corporate needs to entertain clients, suppliers and colleagues.
